Face-to-Face

Tailored to your needs, we offer a wide range of methodologies for face-to-face interviews. Nationwide, we coordinate 600 interviewers for personal interviewing in households, companies and at the POS/POI.

Our face-to-face team coordinates interviewers throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They supervise all projects which call for interviews carried out locally: at the Point of Sale, in restaurants or places that many people pass through (e.g., pedestrian zones). In-Home surveys which demand calling on people at home belong to the repertoire of our face-to-face team as well. For projects including self-responding questionnaires, they take over the mailing of questionnaires and/or test products, take care of the logistics, and control both the questionnaires that are returned and the results.

Face-to-face: a definition

Face-to-face interviews are defined as research approaches which are constructed for interviewing test persons face-to-face and immediately on-site. Results can be recorded in a paper questionnaire or per computer.
