Wo l\u00e4sst sich stressfrei einkaufen und wo findet man immer etwas \u201ePassendes\u201c? Welche Gesch\u00e4fte schneiden am besten ab hinsichtlich Service, Produktauswahl oder Produktqualit\u00e4t? Welche Aspekte, beispielsweise Nachhaltigkeit oder Aktualit\u00e4t, werden beim Kauf von Textilien als besonders wichtig erachtet? Untersucht wird au\u00dferdem das Image der Gesch\u00e4fte unter anderem hinsichtlich Authentizit\u00e4t, Exklusivit\u00e4t, Sympathie und Umweltbewusstsein.
